Whoopsie!

It's been brought to my attention that I neglected to create a Beaujolais Nouveau video this year. Not only did I not make a video, I completely forgot about the Beaujolais Nouveau.

I KNOW, RIGHT?

Maybe later in the week I'll drink some Beaujolais for ya, but first I have to tell you about the bacon mayonnaise.

Yeah, I am definitely interested in reading about the bacon mayonnaise before seeing anything about the Beaujolais Nouveau (which is always overrated anyway - Beaujolais Nouveau is not that great a wine but, then again, what do I know? I am from northern France, and I prefer beer...).

Bacon mayonnaise... What do saying those words make my cholesterol instantaneously shoot up?

Yeah, so we went to buy a bottle of this year's Beaujolais Nouveau, and they wanted $16 for it. Decided it wasn't worth it. *shrug*

I thought of you when I finally bought a bottle of BN at Whole Foods yesterday. Twist-top, and the bottle is made out of some kind of plastic. Yet it's French. I predict it will taste like crap.
