This weekend Allan and I attended the wedding of my best friend from high school. Back then we didn't call each other "BFF," but rather Befri St. End, after the way the words were split on the heart-shaped necklaces that you can still buy today.
We haven't been in constant touch over the years, but we have shared joys and sorrows with each other. It was a joy to see D. wed to her soul mate. I wish them many years of happiness with each other and ALL THOSE BOYS they have. (They each brought two sons to the marriage.)

AAAAAAH! The top photo is indescribably crigeworthy, but I luuuurve the bottom one. The '80s were not exactly a bastion of good tonsorial taste, were they? Heh heh. I'm anxiously awaiting the rest of your (and Allan's) photos. ;-)

Those were great fun to look through. You have some beautiful photos. Your teen years were not at all awkward!
I just reconnected with my highs school BF a few years ago and it's so fun to have her in my life again. She knows me so well.

Wow-you two look about 12 in your high school grad photo. It sounds like a fun time of catching up with each other. Friendships that last that long are rare!

I remember them well! They were also the two cutest girls at Peters Township HS. I'll never forget them! So good to see you two pictured again.
