I feel like when they do this, it's going to change downtown Lexington so dramatically, I'm not sure I even want to be here. It makes me feel sick the same way Hamburg makes me feel sick except even more so. This is a pretty negative comment...um...I'm not sure I can figure out a way to say something positive here. But, yeah, what you said.
Gawd, that's depressing. I hope the Preservation Society perseveres and turns this thing around. Larger cities hold onto and lovingly maintain their historic identity and culture. Maybe sharing some of those examples could help.
That sucks.
