That's the day my mother was born. She would be 72 today.

I miss her; it's hard to believe she will have been gone fifteen years next month.

I didn't realize our parents' birthdays were so close to each other, though why would I, right? My father's birthday is March 5th, 1948, and he would have been 60 this year. It's been 11 1/2 years since he died and it is no easier.
