Kelliqua

Crustless quiche? I would call that scrambled eggs.

Rock on with the yoga, it will continually get better.

Alison

Kelliqua, considering that I made a custard and baked it, it's a crustless quiche. ;-)

Beanie

I'll bet you look even more delicious than that quiche. ;)

rebecca

south beach quiche in a cup? yummmy.

AndreAnna

I'm so glad you feel so great - I am definitely looking into this once I am done with this kid.

Beth

Good for you!

Isn't it amazing when you realize that your body is doing what you're asking of it and not making you suffer in exchange?!

Karan

Now I see the wisdom in the 29 yoga classes in 30 days...they get you hooked!

Emil

I'm sure someone must've sent this to you, but just in case not:

MONK GLOATS OVER YOGA CHAMPIONSHIP

Perhaps I should try this? Sounds like a solution to my work related stress...A painful, public suicide. What's the dress code?

YOU ARE MY HERO! I'm so proud of you. I'm a total waste product. I need to get more active. I probably have the heart of a 70 year old. I have been doing the Wii Fitness test everyday......
(Is it just me or did I totally overuse the word "I" in that comment....crap!There I go again...sheesh! Vicious cycles...life)

wait. you're doing bikram yoga? sorry, i haven't read your blog in awhile.

one of my dearest friends is a bikram yoga instructor, perhaps she'll teach your class in lexington someday. i've done her class a couple of times. the heat is nice.

i think it's better to hear a recording of bikram than to have him instruct you in person. i'm told he's a real egomaniac and quite full of himself. (i think that was redundant.)

two women i love dearly have found yoga to be an essential part of the healing and recovery process after/during sour relationships. enjoy your own path to nirvana! can't wait to read about the next set of 29!
