I'm still looking for my brain...

Well, I know where the dyslexic side of mine is. I read it as the "quite" part of your brain.
My prescription for you is to get Mr. Jones on your lap STAT. That'll help...a little.

Nah, brain waves indicate brain activity. It's a good thing. But I like the Mr. Jones idea!

Mindfulness meditation. Look for a class. I'm serious. This discipline works for cancer patients.

"Up to par, Katie buys a kitchen-size, but not me in
Sit and try for the big key, a waste o' time, sitting still
I, I, I can hear you, I, I, I can hear you, I, I, I can hear you..."

Not lilkely. I don't have one either. I've given up on yoga due to this.

Let me know if you find it!

bhd is on to a good idea. Even though I'm not RC I took a centering prayer class years ago and have never regretted it. Also going for long walks seems to empty my brain. You'll find the quiet part eventually if you keep looking for it.

Uggghh! If you find it, let me know where it is!

It's the part of the brain that says 'trim your Bonsais', 'walk the dog now' or 'time for Vodka'.

Anyway, I don't usually (or perhaps often is more accurate)venture into lowbrow humor, but since you laughed at my lowbrow comment, you might like this lowbrow post: http://www.wisdumb.com/blog/?p=108

BTW, nice blog.
