10 Days, 7 States, 3000 Miles

We had two great weekends away, but we're staying put for the time being. We'll need to be here to help our new kitty to adjust.

Details and pictures to follow, after we pick him up.

Done what, you ask? This. Traveled so much (by car) in so short a time. Two long road trips in the course of 10 days. It was fun, but exhausting. Both of us are tarred*. As Ali said, we will [Read More]

kitty! yay!

Oh no! Help us! This mean Ali's and Allan's blogs are going to be clogged up with thousands of cute kitten photos.

NEW KITTY?????YAY!!!!!!

just had to tell you something unrelated:
(i have NO IDEA how i remembered my blog's username and password after forgetting for so long...but i did and voila!)
Anyway:
something funny made me think of you - my dad just got a brand new chrystler 300 car... (i know nothing about cars so i have no idea what this even looks like) i guess it has all these bells and whistles that he
has to program. (this is a man who refuses to learn anything about a computer/e-mail etc.) and somehow he tried programming his car and now its speaking spanish. i don't know why it has me giggling so much. :)

i told him to name it Julio.

he has to take it back to the dealer to get it programmed back to
english...

Saw the post on Allan's site. Take pictures. Oh, then take Julio down to the schoolyard. Like the song.

Well, at least you traveled to other states on your roadtrips... I did about 1,000 miles in the car (roundtrip) and I never left the state I live in!

Yes, you did, NWG. We were in Alabama for the meal at King Neptune.

You took the tiara to Alabama?

I just meant that my roadtrip didn't involve another state.

And if I had to get technical... Allan drove me to Alabama. ;)
