Thanks to Elle for the tip. Now we just need those rumors about Trader Joe's coming to Lexington to be true. The Fresh Market is coming for sure, and it'll be just right up the road.
PS: The first day of school went pretty well. :)

Oh, I have IKEA envy! As I'm packing up my house to move, I'm realizing just how many of my things came from IKEA. There is a rumor that they're coming to Denver....but the Trader's Joes bit, that's just too much to hope for.
I'm glad school went well. I hope it's the first of many fun, short gigs!

OK - as far as Ikea is concerned, there is one in Pittsburgh, so we're good.
But - I want a Whole Foods and a Trader Joe's here. Soon.
And - Oh yeah, I am dreaming, aren't I?
Glad to read that the first day of school went well.

I've heard rumors of a Trader Joe's in Hotlanta, too. I hope soon! Congrats on the IKEA relatively nearby.

I live by three IKEAs. Believe me, you get bored with them pretty easily. I know it is politically incorrect to say, but I find Walmart more fun.
Glad to hear about school!

Ooooooh! IKEA!!!!! I live not much over an hour away from one and it is truly lovely.
Also, you are getting a TJ's? Fabulous! I used to work at one here in California. Great place and they have such good deals. Where else can you buy a six pack of Oranjeboom for $3.99? And pasta for 69 cents? And not to mention the truffles for $3.99? Oh I am soooo going shopping!

Every time you mention IKEA, I tremble in fear.
The hoards of people, the affordable prices, the meatballs...
It's a lot for me to handle.

That made my day. See there is a God. I told my husband the only thing that would make Ohio even a little bearable would be an Ikea. :) Maybe, we will bumb into each other while getting an Ikea fix.

Wow. She teaches, spells her name right, >and< likes IKEA. My entire house is furnished from that store, and more to come (still need some shelves - always shelves!) It's the perfect store for people who are into instant gratification.
