I took the kids to lunch at a Chinese restaurant yesterday. They each had a citron givré for dessert. I took some photos, but the light was low and the ISO was high, so they came out pretty grainy. Last night I messed around in Photoshop a bit, just to see how well I could mask my mistake.
Yes, I was procrastinating.

Citron givré is a hollowed-out, frozen lemon into which lemon sorbet is packed. It's pretty cool.
