The building across the street from me has been abandoned ever since I moved in. I asked my landlord what kind of curtains she'd had in the windows, and she said "Oh, nothing! Nobody lives over there."
I was pumped because a) I don't really like curtains and b) it meant I could walk around naked in my kitchen if I wanted to.
All that is about to change. For the past couple of weeks, work has been done over there; now I think I have a new neighbor.
This is the best photo I could get without the guy seeing that I was taking his picture. He is RIGHT THERE, even now as I write, and he keeps looking out the window, watching the street, yelling down to people.
I'm not sure, but he seems like the obnoxious type. If indeed he is my new neighbor, I'll need a big dose of patience to go with my new curtains.

Keep the camera handy. If he gets drunk, he might fal out one of those windows some time.

LittleMike: Who cares? ;)

You have Ali-G living across from you. How... lucky?!?
I'm with Allan, tape him falling to his doom. Have the kitties assist if you must.

I thought he looked familiar.
One more reason to hire some kittie-assassins.

if he gets annoying, and from the sound of it he already is, blast him with bright eyes. early.
(feel free to correct my punctuation or spelling in case you're missing work;)

He looks cute to me. I think you oughta give him another chance. Who was he yelling at? Maybe there was a soccer match on. I think it's actually *required* that one yell while watching soccer matches. Or maybe that's only in Latin America? In any case, if he was yelling because of a soccer match, you can hardly blame him now; he's only doing his duty as a loyal fan. Offer to take him to local meditation center or teach him sun salutations. ;-)
