And that's better than flummoxed, of course. I found a cool meme over at Flummel's blog.
Go to Music Outfitters and enter your high school graduation year in the search box near the top left. You should find a list of the top 100 music hits from that year.
And here's what you do when you get the list:
Bold = those I liked
Underline = my favorite
Strikethrough = the songs I loathed
Italics = the songs I can’t remember
Untagged = no opinion
I graduated from high school in 1987, so keep in mind the glut of bad music.

Okay. So there are a lot of songs I can't remember. I'll blame that on my first semester of college. My favorite song on this list was one that I had completely forgotten about. I can hear it clear as day now, and it's putting me in a good mood.

Very cool. I will have to give that one a try later.
I need a brief distraction from all the planning.

I much prefer YOUR list to mine. I am a huge Genesis fan. (I love Land of Confusion) Can I only have one favorite? I picked a couple. Oops.

You realize that I will have to do this when I get home tomorrow. I'm one year after you, so I'll be curious to see what winds up on my list...
(oh, and I can't believe you don't remember "Looking For A New Love" by Jody Watley :lol:)

Not only do I remember all of the songs on the list, I distinctly remember listening to "(I Just) Died in Your Arms" during our one and only visit to OHAB! Hee hee!

I think of that night every time I hear that song, Denise.
